Phelps Claims Boys' Basketball Title
Lions come from behind to defeat Westtown, win first championship.
The Phelps School won its first PAISAA championship in any sport with a dramatic, come-from-behind victory over Westtown. The #5 seed, Phelps defeated #2 Westtown 50-46, after trailing most of the second half.
