Alli DeLisi finished in first place with a time of 19:43.89 to lead Penn Charter to the State Title.  Her teammates finished close together to help seal the victory- Audrey Abernathy 19th, Chloe Greenwalt 21st, Jackie Plastaros 22nd and Grace Neuwirth 28th.
