Westtown started with a 15-4 run in the first quarter and never looked back as they claimed their fourth PAISAA title. The scoring was led by Quin Berger who had 17 points including five three point baskets. Derick Lively who will be playing for Duke next year had 11 points, 12 rebounds and 4 blocked shots. Westtown went cold in the last five minutes of the game and Perkiomen made a run getting within three points but Berger made two critical foul shots in the final seconds to seal the win 46-41. Westtown finished the season with a 31-7 record.
