Legendary field hockey coach Gina Buggy landed her 478th victory with a 4-3 win over Hill School on her birthday. What a great present! The EA team had a 20-1-1 season with the only loss occurring to Hill School early in the season. It was time for payback on a frigid Tuesday afternoon. Hill scored first to get an early 1-0 lead but EA came right back. At the half the score was tied 2-2. EA took a 4-2 lead in the second half but Hill scored with 6:45 left in the game to make the score 4-3 but EA held on for the win. Ashley Sessa scored twice as did Jackie Miller. Laura Null had one assist and goalie Gianna Cillufo held on for the win. This was Gina Buggy's last game as EA hockey coach and she finishes her career at EA with a 478-97-11 record and four PAISAA state titles.
