Lydia Russell led her team to the 2019 PAISAA Cross Country Title, finishing in first place with a time of 18.06.40. Her team mates were tightly packed Micah Trusty 5, Rebecca Wusinich 6, Miracle Price 10 and Natalie Neuhaus 21.  The top teams were as follows:
